I’m following this support document, and when setting up a SMS campaign, there is no “Add Media” icon (an image icon) on the left within the message box.

 

How do I add media or a contact card to my messages?

Hey @amanda_d! Virtual contact cards convert a message from SMS to MMS, so they can only be sent to recipients using United States or Canadian phone numbers. What type of sending number do you have? 


We’re using a US TFN! @kaila.lawrence 


Weird! In that case, this might be a bug. I suggest reaching out to the Support team for further investigation. They’ll be able to clear this up for you.
