I'm to sure what I'm doing wrong. But my list is not updating. Can someone help me please.

Thank you so much for reaching out to the Klaviyo Community for help with this!

My first question for you is, although there are 470 people on this list, how many profiles have explicitly given you permission to send them SMS message? without explicit consent on a profile, Klaviyo will not allow you to send SMS messages to your customers. When you click into a profile on this list there has to be a green checkmark next to their SMS phone number in order to be able to to send SMS messages to them if it has not been marked as a transactional message, 


Is anyone experiencing issues with the text blocks? I know this isn’t related to the question but I cant edit text right now. Side  bar screen is blank.
