Klaviyo Support states that their SMS is not able to send order tracking texts because it doesn’t pull in carrier tracking data from Shopify.

  1.  What platform or APP do you use to send text’s to customers with order tracking?

Thanks for sharing this question with the community.

If you would like to include tracking information, you can integrate with a third party platform that provides shipping details/tracking information, like ShipStation or AfterShip. You can check out our full integration directory here. Pricing will vary based on the platform and plan that you pick. 

After you integrate, you can include SMS in any flow triggered by a metric from one of these third party integrations, and you can use event data (such as a tracking number) within the content of the SMS. Check out this guide to using event data in SMS messages: How to Find Event Variables
