SMS Link Not Working on Mobile, But Works In Template

I created an SMS message.The link within Klavyio works, but I receive an error when I click the link in the “test” text.The error says: kvy5.io sent an invalid response. ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR I have disconnected and reconnected my shopify app.The link to my site works correctly. As shared, the link in the “edit” screen for creating SMS work fine.I have updated the SMS settings, and am using an 855 toll-free number, My message is under 100 characters.The problem occurs during the test message.Any help is most appreciated.

HELLO Kris, It sounds like the issue may be related to SSL configuration on the domain linked to your Klaviyo messages. Ensuring that your Shopify store has a valid SSL certificate might help resolve the ERR_SSL_PROTOCOL_ERROR.
