I am trying to submit subscribe form from footer, I have email and phone number option to request to the subscribe list using kmail API. But some hoe pone number is not getting subscribed.

Any help would be appericiated.

Do you mind clarifying your question a bit more? Is the issue that when a user submits a form for email and SMS, that there is an issue recording the SMS subscribe, as it shows up as an unsubscribe instead? Or that you are unable to subscribe the user to your SMS list as they are unsubscribed?
Do you mind sharing your website URL so I can check it out as well?
