Thought I would test out this platform before paying and so far it’s not great. 

 

Ive done everything suggested in the SMS Flow not working chats and nothing seems to be working. Does the SMS Flow only work if you pay for an additional number?

If your SMS workflow is not working, here are some steps you can try to troubleshoot the issue:

  1. Check the SMS gateway configuration: Ensure that the SMS gateway settings are correct and that your account is properly configured.

  2. Verify the number format: Make sure that the numbers being sent to are in the correct format, including the country code.
