SMS - Your toll-free number application was rejected

Forum|alt.badge.img

I attended one of Klaviyo's training sessions to implement SMS. I requested authentication for our number but received the message that oour toll free number was rejected.

After verification, it appears that our number is managed through a VOIP application (Canada), so it's not like a regular personal number. It's the company's number that reaches several individuals' cell phones.

Is it still possible to run SMS campaigns? What do you recommend? We also don't want people to reply to this number (as it's our number for managing orders).

I'm not sure if I'm being clear.
I really want to try SMS campaign.

Hey @Fannyperret! Sorry for the delay here, I was checking on this internally for you. What I heard is that because your number is used for voice, it cannot also be used for SMS or else you’ll lose the voice service. You’ll need to set up a separate number strictly for SMS.
