SMS marketing is another avenue, additional to email, that allows you communicate with your customers through SMS and MMS messages. This kind of marketing allows you to use customer data, like preferences, and behavior to create personalized text messages and extend your reach to customers in an efficient and profitable way. While neither email or text marketing is considered superior to the other, businesses see incredible results when they utilize both together!
