When I click the next, it always shows "something went wrong", how to fix it?

@Alipearl Which browser are you using? We recommend Chrome for the best experience. Please make sure to clear your cache and cookies first and then try again logging into Klaviyo. You can also try logging into an incognito browser as well. 

 

If the issue still persists, I suggest reaching out to support for further investigation! :)

Hey @Alipearl 

Have you tried opening klaviyo in an incognito window? can you please try that? or use a different browser. Sometimes, accumulated cache and cookies can cause problems. Clear them and try again.

Let me know if you still have these issues.

After accumulated cache and cookies, and log into the account, this issue still exist, I noticed that this issue happened after the campaign builder get updated, is there anyway to fix this issue?

Yes, I use the Chrome browser, and I’ve tried to clear cache and cookies, and I also tried to log into an incognito browser, but  when I chick ‘’NEXT”, this issue happens again.
