How can I manage customer e referral link options missing in my Partner Portal?
Hi guys, can you help me please?
I can’t find the Manage customer e Referral Link Options in my Partner Portal Profile. I need to solve as soon as possibile to register my client inside.
Can you help me please?
I didn’t understand how the unborading process works in the partner portal..maybe I’m missing to do something in the process..

Have you tried these troubleshooting steps:
logging out then back in
logging in with a different browser or via incognito

I create then a totally new partner account..cause I could not resolve it and I sent several emails to partners@klaviyo.com but I didn’t receive any solution and answer to the problem.

A user had a similar question recently that was solved recently that can give more insight in to this! You can also email the partner support handle whenever you have a question: partners@klaviyo.com!

I didn’t resolve the issue, cause the question is different: I can’t see the “manage customer” and “referral link” tabs in my portal.
