SO Frustrating!! I am doing everything to get the new card that I’ve uploaded retried but it’s greyed out and I can’t get in touch with the Klaviyo team because it appears that I’m not a paying customer (because it won’t bill!!!!)

 

Can someone please help me!

You can always reach out to our support team about billing issues here. When you navigate to the page, choose the ‘Billing Dispute’ option droptdown > Other to get in contact with the team and get your credit card situation fixed!
