Hi there, my client has set up a Klaviyo account and has sent me an invite to join the account so that I can work on there. However, when I click the ‘Accept’ link it sends me in circles of asking me to log in, then sending me a security code via email, then when I put in the security code it says the link is expired and to request a new one. The link should not be expired as it was sent about an hour ago. Why is this happening and what can I do to fix it please? This is not an issue I have come across before.

I would recommend reaching out to the Klaviyo Support team via chat or email. They should be able to troubleshoot your issue and help you accept your user account.
