Hello- new to the forum and hoping to get some assistance with upgrading my plan. I’ve updated my billing info multiple times, and have triple check the account plan page multiple times, but continue to get a “unable to check out. Please try again.” error when trying to upgrade my email plan. 

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

It sounds like you have a technical issue on your account. Have you reached out to Support through chat or email?

I find that the best way is to do a Loom video and explain what the situation is so they can visually see any issues that may be preventing you from upgrading your account.

Thanks for the information. Unfortunately I can’t access email or chat support because I can’t upgrade to a plan that includes it. Hoping to get some visabilty with support here.
