I noticed that most of the profiles that opens an email, opens it more than once. In many cases, the report shows two or more opens in the same minute or in a short period of time. Why does that happen?

 

I find it unusual that so many customers opens the same email several times in a row.

Maybe I set something wrong?

I don’t think there is anything wrong here as there is no setting that would drive this. It’s more likely that customers are opening emails, navigating to the website, and exploring the rest of the email. It isn’t too uncommon to have multiple opens from the same recipient, especially within the same few minutes. To me, that’s just a recipient engaging with the email. No real cause for concern here.
