Hey guys, trying to set up our abandoned cart flow and it doesn’t seem to be working. It used to work a few months ago and suddenly it’s stopped. I have checked the activity and the integration seems to be fine. I tried to have a play around with it and noticed it was set to static so I changed it to dynamic but that still did not work. Anyone have any advice?

Thank you so much for sharing your settings with us! Can you also share a little but more about what you mean that it’s not working. What specifically isn't working? Also, have you checked the flow changelog to see what change happened around the time that you noticed it stop working properly? Ive included a help doc just incase you didnt know about the changelog.


Hi Stephen thank you so much for your reply. It is not showing the products on the email at all. I can see the integration is fine as it is pulling information from our website however when we send the email no products show up.
