We encountered this problem with the abandoned cart recovery emails.
Opening the email from IOS, what happens is that if the default browser is not selected when you click to resume the cart on the shop you see the empty cart.

Has anyone ever had this issue and knows how to fix it so that the cart opens correctly with products from all browsers?
