The way Klaviyo Reviews works is based on a purchased item and a custom review link is sent within the Reviews Flow to create a “verified review”. So anyone who purchased should automatically receive this link. My question is why would you want to include this link for reviews to potential customers who have not actually purchased from the brand?

I think I did not express myself correctly.
I have Rewards Program. And everyone who leaves a review earns points. Then she can redeem points on the next purchase.
At the end of every campaign I add a note encouraging people to join my Rewards Program to persons who have not made a purchase yet, and for my customers I add a note asking to leave a review and get points for that hoping that they might leave a review if they see something they want to buy and get a discount for the purchase.
I use show/hide logic for these two notes. I was linking to My Account page on my WooCommerce store and now it looks like I do not have where to link if the customer decides to leave a review later then the review email was sent.
