Birthaday flow

    I want to set up birthday flow but it’s not working.

    I have set up below steps for that :
    - I have set up the custom property as a “birthday” in the profile.
    - Also select that property in signup pop up which is shown when our site load. and in that any customer add their birth date ( DD/MM ) ( https://prnt.sc/YxmMRjwKt_mP )
    - Create flow “Happy birthday” ( https://prnt.sc/1Wwqhz4ncsM6 )

    Question :
    - When I Submit pop up form from the site date will be add year also why this is happning ? I have not set that date formate in pop up  ( https://prnt.sc/VshRUFKWv0Zz )
    - How can I test this flow is working or not ? Is there any way to chek ?

Welcome to the community @Abhay 

I believe this is just the way Klaviyo stores dates as MM DD YYYY. Your birthday date property format is set to MM DD so Klaviyo has added 2016 as the year (not sure why that date!).

However, this will not impact your birthday flow as Klaviyo triggers this based on the MM DD and it is usual to set this flow to repeat annually.

Regarding your second question, it’s not possible to preview the trigger for a date-based flow. However, you can test by setting your flow trigger to ‘On date property’ and set your flow emails to manual. Then on a test profile, set the birthday to tomorrow’s date MM/DD/YYYY. Then look at the first email in your flow and click ‘View Details’ and then ‘Recipient Activity. In the waiting tab you should see your test profile and that it is is scheduled for tomorrow at the time you’ve specified in the trigger.

When you’re happy, set the flow emails to live, or keep at manual for a while to review actual profiles as the enter the flow.

As you said I have scheduled for tomorrow’s date but i have not get any mail regarding the “Birthday” and also i have  checked in “Recipient Activity” tab ( https://prnt.sc/cBxgOQcWaelf ).
As you see  in screenshot “Recipients” tab will show 2 profile but not get any mail yet.

can you tell me what is issue here ??

Hi @Abhay 

Are you saying that the two test emails that are showing as sent haven't been received? Have you checked if they are in your spam folder?

Is it possible to create Email template using custom HTML,CSS and Jquery to create new section and design in mail templates.
