Hi @Tanya.gisbert ,
This error often occurs due to a browser cache issue or a problem with the email template itself. Try clearing your browser cache or using a different browser. If the issue persists, check your email template for missing or incorrect code. You can also try duplicating the template or creating a new one to test if the issue is specific to that template. If none of these steps work, contacting support would be the best option for further assistance
.
Hi @Tanya.gisbert
I agree with Mansir2094...probably browser related issue but, a few other things to check if cache or browser is not the issue:
- Check if you have any broken image links in the template
- Look for any missing closing tags in your merge variables
- Make sure all your personalization variables actually exist in your data source
If that doesn’t work, try creating a copy of the template and see if you can preview that version. Or even better, make a super simple test template to see if it's specific to this particular template or a broader issue.
Q: is this happening with just this one template or are you having trouble previewing all of them? Also, when's the last time you were able to successfully preview a template? That can give a clue...perhaps a recent change caused it?
Hi @Tanya.gisbert
Did you get this solved? :-)
