Create Campaign in Email not available due to account permissions

I work with a colleague on email campaigns for our company, the other person creates the campaigns, and then I proofread and edit them, but I have never been able to create the email campaigns myself, or edit their subject lines.

But I can create an SMS campaign.

Is there permissions/functionalities that I am missing in the email campaign tab that the founder needs to give me, or am I just not seeing it?

I’d recommend confirming with the owner of the Klaviyo account what role you have assigned to your user login. Here is our help center article on the different user role permissions. Based on what you described, you’ll likely want to have the Campaign Coordinator role assigned. If you need to get your role switched, any admin or owner of the account will be able to help you out!
