Those that are “Never Subscribed” are not the same with double opt in option. If the reason was double opt in and they never confirmed their email they wouldn’t have even been in your account. Those that are subscribed but are marked as “Never Subscribed” are either people who subscribed through placing and order but not checking the box for accept marketing in checkout or if you have sign up forms that don’t have the option for accept marketing set automatically.. or the last way that I can remember for people being an account but being marked as “Never Subscribed” is if you manually uploaded list of subscribers without marking that they gave you consent for it. But again Double opt in is different and people who are supposed to join a list that has double opt in set and don’t click their email to double opt in will never be added to your account anyway.

In Klaviyo, while there isn’t a direct way to resend the double opt-in confirmation email, you can set up an automation or just send a campaign to remind customers who haven’t confirmed their email within a certain time frame.
