I want to create a flow for asking for product reviews with 4 emails, but what do if someone responds to the email. I don’t want them to keep getting the remaining emails in the flow. I would like it to end. Do i set a trigger or something? I am brand new and I see the prebuilt ones, but it only has 1 request.

Hi @Healing The Hyperbaric Way,

I understand what you're experiencing and this can be caused by no person having filled in a review yet which is why you don't see an event yet.

On this judge.me documentation page they show which events get send to Klaviyo once Judge.me is integrated with Klaviyo and SubmittedReview is the event to aim for.
The suggestion is to click on the top block and add this as a Flow Filter with “has not done this since starting this flow” condition.

Let me know if it worked?

@Healing The Hyperbaric Way

You can set a flow filter - “what someone has done or not done - left a review - zero times since starting this flow”. Depending from which review app you have part about “left a review” may be named differently but in general it should be the metric that informs you about when people leave a review.

I thought that’s what I could do, but when I go to filter and click on what someone has done or not done then the next box ( where it says at least once)I don’t find anything that says left a review. What am I missing?

I use judge.me am I supposed to connect it in some way?

@Healing The Hyperbaric Way

As Omar said you can use that article to integrate Klaviyo and Judge.me. I previously assumed you already did this but it seems like you havent.

And one other suggestion to what you said.. the review option wont show in the part where it says at least once, you should look for the review in the Choose Metric field which is between the one you mentioned and what someone has done or not done..

So in this case it should be I guess like this:
What someone has done or not done
SubmitedReview
zero times
since starting this flow
