Hey 

I am trying to when I click fulfilled order on Shopify a email goes to the customer to say their order is on their way etc. 

I click on flows, select the fulfilment and this error appears. I’ve tried different triggers but the same error appears. I've tried once/ twice a week for weeks now! 

I’ve tried refreshing etc, different browsers, clear cache and different laptops. 

I am on the basic version of Klavijo so I can’t get in touch to log an issue.

Would be great to get the flow set up.

even after refreshing, different browsers, clear cache and different laptops, and still not working, then I would suggest Try disconnecting and then reconnecting the shopify integration.

Its difficult to investigate this without looking more in detail, I hope that helps.
