Hey, I was hoping someone could help me with an issue with my Poppins font on my emails.
I am using Poppins Normal 400 font and it looks correct on the preview and while editing the whole time on Klaviyo’s side. However when i send the preview and open it on my email all the text is in BOLD? I have double checked and there is no Bold selected.
Does anyone know why this may be happening and hopefully a solution to how I can fix my issue?

It may be that the email client is substituting a bold font as a fallback. More info here: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/4405396468379
Have you checked https://www.klaviyo.com/asset-library/fonts under ‘Your fonts’ for the Poppins font you’re using and checked (or set) what the web-safe fallback font will be if an email client does not support Poppins?
