How can I send customers a coupon after a Black Friday purchase?

Hi everyone,

Our commercial team wants us to send a 20 EUR coupon to anyone who is placing an order between Nov 21 and Nov 28. The coupon will be redeemable from Dec 1 to 11. 

How do I schedule a flow such that:

• IF someone places order Nov 21-28 
• THEN they receive an email with the coupon code?

I understand I cannot schedule Flows… Yet this is not a campaign I know how to segment. How do I segment customers who purchased on certain dates? What would you do?
