We’re a Made To Order business with a 9 week lead time. I’m trying to set up a flow to keep in touch with customers every two weeks between purchase and order fulfillment to make sure customers don’t feel they’ve been forgotten and give a rough update of where their order likely is within our factory.

I’m trying to make sure people won’t receive these updates if they cancel, are refunded or their order is fulfilled ahead of schedule. I have set up a filter before each email to remove anyone who has had an order fulfilled, cancelled or refunded since the entering the flow. However, I think this means that if a customer places two orders and one is fulfilled, they will no longer receive updates for their other order. Is there a way around this?
