Question on setting up an Email from CEO on flows

I'm reaching out with a question about setting up a welcome flow email in Klaviyo. I recently watched a YouTube tutorial about Klaviyo's welcome flow feature and have a specific scenario I'd like to implement.

I want to create a welcome flow where the final email is sent by the company's Dean. This would be a personalized email with a different sender address and possibly a different template than the previous emails in the flow.

Could you please provide guidance on how to configure this setup in Klaviyo? I'm interested in understanding the steps involved in creating a custom sender address, assigning a different template to the final email, and ensuring the email is sent from the Dean's email address.

Hi Farhid,I have done a founder email like this for a number of my clients. Setting up a new sending domain is a bit overkill in my mind. The simplest way is to change the from name in one email, which can be done underneath where you edit the subject line and preview text. Likewise, you can also change the template for one email in a flow - for founder emails it can be nice to use a blank template so that it looks more like a personally sent email.Both are straightforward once your automation is built, just go into the specific email and you can edit the from name. Likewise you can select template and choose blank to send a more personal looking email.I hope this is helpful - any more questions let me know,Callum
