Hi, I am new to Klaviyo and have tried searching for an answer to my question but can’t find it.

I seem to have a small number of people that are STUCK inside my welcome flow - they’ve been there for many weeks, well past when they should have been out.

I have a “profile property update” set to “create in flow as welcome” before the emails start, and then another at the end that is “remove in flow”. What have I done wrong?

Or could it be that they were caught in it as I was setting it up? How do I clear them out?

When it comes to a Welcome Flow, this is usually based on a trigger “added to list X”. Any list triggered flow will automatically remove them from the flow once they have completed it and will not be able to re-enter this flow. So even if they have updated their profile properties they wont be able to go through the same flow again. So my question is how are you utilizing this flow as “updated profile properties” will not re-trigger the flow for anyone already existing in your account? 

For the profiles that are “stuck” can you identify why they are stuck? At which stage of the flow do they get stuck?

My suggestion would be to simplify the welcome flow. The flow will do the work for you so you don’t have to add any parameters to remove someone unless they no longer meet the conditions of your trigger or conditional splits if you have them (which happens automatically at each stage of the flow)
