We offer custom made products on our Shopify store. The products are TAGGED “made to order.”
I would like to create a flow that is triggered when a product is purchased with the product tag “made to order” to update our customers about the production process.
I can’t seem to find the exact trigger for orders with a product tag.

I would recommend using the “Ordered Product” metric trigger and add a profile filter What a person has or has not done > Ordered product > where Tags > contains “made to order” > at least once> since starting this flow
