Hello. I would be really interested to here someone from inside Klaviyo trying to explain the fact that they treat flow triggers (segments) like flow filters.
For example, i want to make one segment with all the users that viewed 3 times the last 7 days my SEO website page. And then i want to nurture them for one month with valuable content. So according to Klaviyo, when the profile exits the segments it will stop receiving emails from that flow. WHY?????????? I i have to exclude someone i have flow filters. Why would Klaviyo treat one trigger (by default, happening once and initiating a chain of events) like one continues requirement?
No really, i am really curious to see what am i missing here….
