Exclude products from abandoned cart emails

Hello!I am wondering if it is possible to exclude certain items from the dynamic table block for the abandoned cart e-mails. Or only include certain items/ collections. These are items that are “in” their cart but I do not want to send them to encourage them to finish checking out. For example I have the cloverly app for offsetting carbon footprint for shipping and I also have an app that I use to have multiple options for products. I don’t want these items showing in the abandoned cart e-mail. Is there a way to go about excluding these?Thanks so much for any help!Natalie

Abandoned cart flow: cart empty in the website after clicking on the button "return to your cart' in the email

Dear All, I created my 1st flow: Abandoned cart Trigger: When someone checkout started Filters: Place order zero times since starting this flow  The abandoned card/references of the product/pictures appear well in the email but when we click on the button ‘return to your cart’ the cart seems empty on the website. The client is not able to find again his cart with the products and quantities.I checked the settings and I correctly used in the button: {{ event.extra.checkout_url }} Do you have any idea?thank you so much

Hello!I’ve designed my first welcome series, complete with conditional triggers. If a person exits the series due to meeting a condition, I’d like them to be moved from my welcome series list to my general email list. Is this possible?

Abandon Cart Flow - Product links not working

Hi there,A few months ago I noticed the products linked in my abandoned cart flows were taking users to a ‘page not found’ screen. I saw it was due to a ‘/’ missing from the URL. I revised my product code to {{ organization.url }}/products/{{ item.product.handle }} and that seemed to fix the issue. Recently, I tested my abandon cart email again and noticed the url the product link is taking users to has switched back to: theunistore.com.auproducts (missing a ‘/’). I have not edited my product code since the last time I fixed it so have no idea what’s causing the problem.Thanks in advance for your help!

Logo appearing twice in abandonment email

So I made a flow for abandonment emails (actually took default flow one and modified). Even though there is clearly only one logo block, the test email shows 2 logos as if 2 blocks. Anyone know what’s up?

Customers not Receiving Abandoned cart emails.

Hi there, I have two folks in Shopify who started check out and then abandoned cart and did not receive our abandoned cart email flow and for the life of me, I can’t figure out why!! Anyone every run into this? The only filters I have set up are that they don’t purchase anything after starting checkout and that they live in the United States… Thanks in advance! Maggie

My Sign Up from Pop up email does not send.

Hi, ive made a sign up from pop up email. And im sure i have put the right triggers and made sure to change it to the pop up from the news letter. And whenever someone subscribes they dont receive the discount code email nor the confirmation. Its been like this for a month. If someone can please help me.

First Time Buyer Thank You Flow

Hi, I want to create a flow of 3 email sequences for 1st time buyers. The first email should be sent immediately after purchasing, to simply congratulate the buyer. In the second email is where I offer an incentive. And in the third email is where I send a reminder, referring back to the second email. Which of the existing templates can I use for this?

Is it general practices to have both abandoned cart flows flows going at the same time where one triggers Added to Cart and another triggers the Checkout Started or is one preferred over the other?

Feature Requests: Calendar View

What would it take to get a calendar view? The idea to be able to see all the campaigns laid out on a calendar would help so freaking much! Creating the content calendar there, and then building the emails from there would be a HUGE life savor. And then after that, to link it to the google calendar. DREAM!  Also to be able to color tags and/or create a creation process… Idea/Editing/Needs Approval/Final/Scheduled…

Can you create a trigger flow for multiple purchase at a POS location?

In order to create a specific flows for each POS location (using Shopify POS), the way I do it now is to tag each customer when he buys in a certain location and each location has a segment that way. So once the customer joins the segment, he enters a flow. so this way works only for the first purchase in a specific POS location.Any thoughts about how to trigger flows according to second or third purchase at a POS location? Or how to create a segment for preferred POS location, and not by asking the customer for profile preference. (for example, the store where she bought the most, or spent the most)  thanks!

Streaming contacts into another flow from an existing flow

HelloApologies if this has been posted before but I am new to Klaviyo and still finding my way around.This community has been really helpful and has tremendous amount of resources to refer to! :)I was wondering if there is a way in Klaviyo where there is an option to bring contacts already in one flow into another new flow. For example:Flow 1: Failed order (failed payment trigger > send email)Flow 2: Customer winback (placed order trigger > send email) I would like to make it such that:Failed payment trigger > send email > (goes into Flow 2) My questions are:Is there a way to continue on into another flow from the current flow the contact is in? Is there a way to continue into a certain stage of the other flow from the current flow?I heard that this may be achieved through trigger flows but I am unsure as to how this works. Some help notes or explanation on this would be helpful. Thank you very much!

Abandoned cart flow: emails not being sent when I test the flow

Hi all - can someone help me to work out if I have set up my abandoned cart flow properly? I have been testing it and haven’t received any abandoned cart emails after 4 hours.My website is a Shopify site.I placed a product in the cart and then left the website 4 hours later (which is the timing of the delay) I didn’t receive any abandoned cart email, even though I just used the default flow that was in Klaviyo. I set the filter to ‘placed order zero times since starting flow’. Then it should send the “It looks like you left something behind” email. (The 2nd email “Your cart is about to expire” I have intentionally left as a draft as I want to test just sending one abandoned email first)I thought maybe the reason I wasn’t receiving any abandoned cart email might be because I wasn’t logged in to the Shopify site. But I tried it by logging in and I still didn’t receive anything. Thank you all for any help you can provide!Cheers

Back In Stock Notification for only one Shopify Location

We have back in stock notifications set up with our Shopify store but we have multiple store locations where inventory is tracked. We have an Online store (where online orders are fulfilled) and a retail store where inventory is separated for retail. I noticed that when we marked a product in stock at our retail location (that we didn’t want to restock at our online location) a customer was alerted. (They went to the product page and it was still listed as sold out). Is there a way I can only alert people when something is restocked at our online store location. Abandoned cart flow - multiple add to cart events for 1 user

Hello, I am setting up a flow for people that added to cart and did not purchase or started checkout.I am using the predefined flow in the flow library.I have some customers that are adding multiple items in their cart and it seems that this will create multiple events for that users, vs. 1 event with multiple product.Is it normal or a set-up problem on my store?The issue it creates is that:the trigger (add to cart) will potentially send multiple emails to the same person (manageable through flow filters and smart sending),  I can only link show product in the email I will send to the customer during the flow (vs. showing all the items added to the cart, like on the abandoned checkout flow) I am not sure what product will be shown in the re-reminder I will send in that flow to the same customer. it might be another one compared to the 1st email I have sent.Am I doing something wrong? or misunderstanding how the flow will work?Thanks.Steven

Setting annual email flows based on specific fixed dates

Hey guys as I understand you cannot trigger an email flow annually on a specific date. For example in an email flow:1st of January - Happy New Year 8th March - Happy Women’s Day 25th December - Merry XmasCurrently there is no way to do that.Email campaigns won’t work for me as I have 27 dates to fill the year with these automations.  Would this be a suitable workaround?Set a custom property as “NewYear” with value “2023-01-01” for every contact in list Then count the number of days with a time delay  For example to send emails every 15th of January, the time delay would wait 14 days from date of “NewYear” property to trigger an email every 15th of January every year. Naturally 1 extra February day will mess up the flow every 4 years so will need to be adjusted twice every 4 years. Would this work?

With Abandoned Cart Flows, it’s best practice to send your email before your customer orders the product they “abandoned”. Sometimes though, things don’t work quite the way they should and customers might receive an abandoned cart email after ordering. Let’s take a look at some possible reasons, and how to address them.There are four reasons that your customers may still receive an Abandoned Cart email after placing an order.Your time delay between a customer starting a checkout and the first email of the flow is not long enough. Finding "Placeholder image" in new editor

Hi there, New to the new Klaviyo editor! Trying to create a static table for Abandoned cart email. Trying to figure out how to add a placeholder image here, as outlined in some previous conversations. I havent been successful with any of the options available in new editor. Order Confirmation | Purchase Date

Where can I find the purchase date tag (for each purchase)? I tried to find it but I couldn’t. I could only find the first purchase date, but that doesn’t work for an order confirmation email because the first purchase is not the same as the second/third or 100th purchase. Does anyone have an answer?

How to trigger an email flow with a Signup Form

I have set up a 10% off coupon Signup Form in Klaviyo. I would like to use anyone that submits their email address to this Signup Form popup to then trigger the email Flow I have created for these visitors. But when I go to choose the trigger for my Flow the Signup Form list does not show up.

Product feed images/thumbnails so small!

I can’t seem to find a way to display our product feed images/thumbnails differently/larger. We have a very visual product and the default is just too small. I’ve already tried making the product feed just one column, but it still appears as a tiny rectangle in the body of the email. Especially painful on desktop. Help!

I accidentally deleted my flow emails - can I recover it?

I made a change to one of the first conditions of a flow tree and mistakenly deleted everything after it, including the emails I had setup and all the following conditions. Yikes! Is there a way to revert back?
