How to trigger an email flow with a Signup Form

I have set up a 10% off coupon Signup Form in Klaviyo. I would like to use anyone that submits their email address to this Signup Form popup to then trigger the email Flow I have created for these visitors. But when I go to choose the trigger for my Flow the Signup Form list does not show up.

Product feed images/thumbnails so small!

I can’t seem to find a way to display our product feed images/thumbnails differently/larger. We have a very visual product and the default is just too small. I’ve already tried making the product feed just one column, but it still appears as a tiny rectangle in the body of the email. Especially painful on desktop. Help!

Low Inventory Trigger

Hi, I searched a bit via Google & the forums but wasn’t able to get an answer to my question. Is there anyway to enable a low stock trigger for styles? We have the BIS Flow set up but I’d like to set up a Flow that triggers when an item someone has browsed, added to cart, or abandoned cart with is on its last unit. Alternately, adding in a dynamic module that triggers when there is just 1 unit left of a style. I’d like to note that this is a shoe brand - so the trigger needs to take into account both style/size. We are on Shopify.Greatly appreciate any help and let me know if there is any other info I can provide to help!

Can't send my campaign 'Possible Email Content Issues'

HiI’Ve send several campaign without problems.But this time I’ve tried to send one and when I review my content I have a yelow tag to:Possible Email Content Issues1 item in your email is blank or has placeholder content. Klaviyo email flows & campaigns leading to "This site can’t be reached"

Hi, I have an issue where when I send test emails out for my campaigns and email flows, it would direct to “This site can’t be reached”. This has never happened before and I can’t seem to find a fix to it. Would appreciate any help!

I have set up a product review flow & made it active but I don’t think it’s set up correctly. I would like customers that have purchased only once to get one email & then customers that have purchased multiple times to get a different email. Can you help me correct this?

Where are my form unique IDs? I need to add them to triggers/conditional splits

Hello. I’m almost ready to pull my hair out, so any help will be very much appreciated.I’ve got a list going, and I want to set up two different triggers: one Welcome email series for Discount subscribers one Welcome email series for Non Discount subscribersIf I understood things correctly, my initial trigger is “Subscribes to Mailing List”, then I add a conditional split in my Discount email flow thusly:Properties about someone > Unique ID > equals > (the first discount email ID) Properties about someone > Unique ID > doesn’t equal > (the first non-discount email ID)I’ll then have to reverse this in my Non Discount email flow, so that those subscribing to my non discount list see the non-discount emails but don’t see the discount ones.FIRST QUESTION: is what I did above correct?SECOND QUESTION: where do I find the correct Unique IDs for each email list? I’m assuming it’s the code that appears when I click Edit on my Email #1 for each series, but I’m either going ment

How to trigger a flow based on a exit intent form?

Here is the scenario:Visitor comes to my site and looks around, and decides to leave.Exit intent popup shows and they fill it out to get a coupon emailed to them.They check their email and get the coupon.A period of time passes, say a month, and they come back to the site and look around and leaveThe exit intent popup shows again, this time prefilled since they’ve already filled it out.The problem is that they do not get a new email because they are already in the Exit Intent Coupon Flow. Is there a workaround to this?  Other platforms allow you to trigger a flow based on things like tags, and you can add/remove tags within a flow so you can keep people getting the same TYPE of email over and over again, like a exit intent coupon...

PRICE DROP EMAIL CODING

Flow notification opt-in for email address is not working

I’m having troubles adding an address to receive a notification email sent by a Flow. All the addresses I add don’t receive any opt-in emails.Is it possible to manually opt-in an email to receive Flow notification emails?

Currency showing as "£pound;" and not "£"

Hi, In my browse abandonment email the currency symbol is showing up as “£pound;” instead of just “£”. And then in some other emails after I changed the site organisation currency to UK GBP it now shows the following: Price: <span class=money>£35.00</span>CompareAtPrice:<span class=money>£0.00</span> I can’t figure out if Shopify is sending this info or if Klaviyo is appending it. I just want it to show 35.00, not all that other HTML fluff. I’ve tried “|striptags” which also didn’t work. Please advise.

Why does my Abandoned Cart Flow has low Delivered message numbers?

I have had the abandoned cart flow up and running on my Shopify store for over a month.  The flow is triggering however, the percentage delivered is extraordinary low, less than 3% (image below).  What is causing this behavior and what’s a possible fix?Metrics of Flow Over 30 Days

How to double check product links are working in Browse Abandonment Flow?

Hello, I’ve just set up a Browse Abandonment Flow using the Klaviyo template for this. I’m ready to go live but I wanted to double check the links are going to work. I’ve tested it in the Preview but when I click on the product link it goes to a 404 page. I presume this is because it’s not live? Or are my links broken? This is what I’ve done… Here’s the code of the image:Is that Link URL correct? I’m guessing that might be the issue. Can I edit the abandoned cart product table to only show certain items?

Hello! First time posting.  In the Abandoned Cart workflow, the dynamic table that is placed in the email shows a list of items that the customer added to their cart. However, I have some items I don’t want showing in the cart. For example, I dont want “shipping protection” shown which is technically a product line item in their cart, but it’s not the product. It’s just ugly and not necessary to show and I’m hoping to remove it from future emails.It looks like the solution before was to wrap the table in an IF statement that excluded items I can tag. But I dont know how to do this in the new email builder. The prior solution is demonstrated in the old way.Here’s the link to the answer using the old builder:  How can I fix this?   Thank you!Steve

Why don't the subscribers from my Shopify Subscriber Box get added to my Welcome Series List?

Hi Everyone,New to Klaviyo but loving the features so far. Way better than Mailchimp and Seguno which I’ve used in the past.I’m having one small problem that I can’t figure out. I have 2 subscription signup areas on my website:First is the Signup Form popup through Klaviyo. These subscribers get automatically added to the “Welcome Series” List in Klaviyo. They all start receiving emails from the “Welcome Series” flow. This is perfect. Second is the Shopify Theme Subscriber Box at the bottom of my homepage. These subscribers get added to the “Customers” in Shopify and then get added to my “All - Newsletter” Segment (my full campaign list of everyone who has subscribed) in Klaviyo but don’t get added to my “Welcome Series” List in Klaviyo. How do I also get them included automatically into my “Welcome Series” List so they start receiving the “Welcome Series” flow?The site is www.sharetoiletpaper.com for reference.Thanks in advanced!Jeff

Why Doesn't my Abandoned Cart Flow Send When A Customer Doesn't Check Out?

I had setup the abandoned cart flow, I also notice there is someone add to cart. However, when the customer didn’t check out the cart, the abandoned cart flow didn’t send out the email. Just wonder didn’t i missed out any setting?

Embedding a 1 question survey into a flow email

tl;dr: I want to embed a simple, one-question survey on a flow email without people having to click away/load a page. Klaviyo doesn’t seem to have a native way to do this, nor does it accept Google Form HTML embeds. Help! How can I achieve this?------I’m trying to get new customers to share how they found out about our brand (basically attribution or source of conversion) without them navigating away from the email so we can collect as many responses as possible.The issue is that I can’t seem to find any documentation that Klaviyo can do this. Key things to note:I only need one question answered; it can be either checkboxes or multiple choice. This is the first email new customers will receive in a post-purchase flow I tried this with Google Forms (detailed belwo) but I don’t need to use this. I need to be able to easily view collated/total results (e.g. xx% of people answered option A etc) without having to manually intervene on counting or otherwise. The first method I tried with Goo

Using {{ event.extra.checkout_url}} to recover abandon carts, but I can't click the link inside the email.

Hello everyone,I hope you are doing well :)I’m facing a problem inside an account that never happened before: when we send the cart recovery emails with a button that contains “{{ event.extra.checkout_url}}”, we can’t click on the button inside the emails.It seems like there is no link attached and the button doesn’t get treated as a button.(the fields are populated, so when I send a test email it should work)How can I fix this?Thank you and have a great day,Luca
