Currently, Klaviyo syncs one metric with Salesforce CRM: Became Lead, says the documentation. Does it present a limitation? Does it mean that I can’t view a lead’s subsequent journey (e.g., converted to opportunity, became a customer) in Klaviyo? Please help!

That’s correct, at this time, lead creation (and the relevant profile information) is the only information synced from the Salesforce CRM to Klaviyo. It’s possible that you could create custom metrics using our APIs, but that would constitute a custom use case that is technically beyond the scope of Community and Support. If you’re open to using 3rd party integration partners than we at Outfunnel recently released a Klaviyo-Salesforce integration. It syncs Klaviyo email opens, clicks, unsubscribes and bounces to Salesforce contact records. (Coming soon: syncing all Salesforce contacts or specific segments to Klaviyo or vice versa ie. it’s a 2-way contact sync). 

Curious - what’s the specific Klaviyo-Salesforce syncing use case you’re looking to solve?
