Klaviyo Salesforce CRM integration

Badge

Currently, Klaviyo syncs one metric with Salesforce CRM: Became Lead, says the documentation. Does it present a limitation? Does it mean that I can’t view a lead’s subsequent journey (e.g., converted to opportunity, became a customer) in Klaviyo? Please help!

Hi @Susmit!

That’s correct, at this time, lead creation (and the relevant profile information) is the only information synced from the Salesforce CRM to Klaviyo. It’s possible that you could create custom metrics using our APIs, but that would constitute a custom use case that is technically beyond the scope of Community and Support.
