Hi

We’ve integrated Magento2 with Klaviyo successfully.  The issue we have now, is when we enabled “order confirmation” email flow in Klaviyo, it’s working but it’s showing the wrong Magento order #.

  1. How can we fix this issue?
  2. What are all of the available parameters for us to use in this use case to show more order information in the email if we wanted to?
  3. Can we present the tax, total and other $ related information better

Thank you all in advanced.

Hi @MikeH,

Have you had a chance to review our help center article on how to use event variables to personalize flows? This article explains how to pull data from an event into an email template. It may be that the  event property in the default order confirmation email may not be the same property that you are passing to Klaviyo.

Also, I would recommend familiarizing yourself with the sync frequency of event data from Magento 2 to Klaviyo.

Best,

Julie

Hi Julie,

I figured out the wrong order # issue, thank you. I’ll check the link for sync frequency as well.
