As i want to create email template for promotion i want to addd some product in my template from catalog but one product Triad Clutch is missing in catalog.
already checked with support team thay restarted syncing process still product is not appending in catalog.

Thanks for sharing your question with the Klaviyo Community! When products are missing in a catalog, an integration sync issue may be the culprit. Because there are many different factors that contribute to a sync issue, this is a specific issue that would be better served through the Support ticket that you had submitted. An engineering solution is currently being worked on.
