New products from woocommerce

If I have added a new product woocommerce then how I can add that product to klavio product data feeds list so that I can make an email announcement of its availability. Even I added a product a few weeks ago, it still not showing up in the lists. Please help.

Hi @bullionmart 

 

Klaviyo’s Woocommerce integration should sync products automatically. If you’re not seeing these product updates reflected in your Klaviyo catalog and product feeds you’ll want to check on the status of your integration. Klaviyo will send you a notification if your integration fails.

One of the most common issues for Woocommerce integration failures are related to authorization/permissions. I would recommend walking through the integration steps as detailed here and making sure to generate new REST API keys with the appropriate permissions.
