I already configured everything based on this guideline. I also selected this setting in the image below on Klaviyo and also set all “List to Sync Subscribers” settings on Magento to sync to my “Yves_Mainlist” list, but all new users are still not being added to this list and they only being synced to general Profiles. Also, all new users from Magento also will have “Never Subscribed” status, so I’m not sure how to sync them as “Subscribed”.

I don’t use Magento but the principle will be the same as for Shopify/WooC.
When a new contact starts checkout or purchases but does not opt-in to marketing, the integration with Klaviyo creates a profile for that contact with their status as ‘never subscribed’. As they have not opted-in, they won’t be added to your list of subscribers.
If they do opt-in during the checkout, the profile is created, they are aded to your subscriber list, and their status is set to ‘subscribed’.
To check all is working OK with the integration, I suggest placing a test checkout/purchase ensuring you opt-in. Then check if that test profile is ‘Subscribed’ and it is in your target list.
