Problem with klaviyo review importation

  I’m installing Klaviyo Review at the same time as I’m transitioning my Woocommerce site to Shopify.

 

I try to import my review from Woocommerce to Klaviyo reviews but I end up with the following error message:


I have checked my products, the ID is correct and they are marked as published in Klaviyo.

Hi @Treko

I see a support ticket on this issue. It appears to have been a bug that has since been resolved by our engineering team. They have fixed the incorrect WooCommerce linking on our end. 
 
You should notice this link to the Shopify pages as expected now.
