I have recently re-opened my Shopify store, and re-opened my Klaviyo account. I am currently using the free up to 250 profiles plan.
I have re-integrated the Shopify account, with all products syncing, the ones that are active, and ones that are in draft. All of the products are showing as not published in Klaviyo.
When you click on the link in Klaviyo to open the product in Shopify, it shows an error page.
I need to find out how to have the product show as published when they sync, and to ensure when clicked on, they go to the product page in my Shopify store.
I am amazed that there is not at least an email support service available for a free plan. All other app’s that I have used, have that as a minimum, even in the free plan.
