We’ve used the flow to request product reviews from customers after they purchased but they are not showing up as verified purchases when the review is published in Shopify or in the CSV. Does anyone know what I can do to check for user error on my part, and hopefully resolve the issue for future ratings and reviews? Thank you!

Are you using the default request reviews flow, or have you adjusted it at all?

I edited the flow email formatting and info around the dynamic table that shows the items the customer should review. I didn’t edit this table.

May I ask if you could check what your auto-approval settings are?

I have attached our auto-approval settings. Also wanted to mention that when I export the reviews and upload to another reviews app, those apps show “verified review” next to the appropriate reviews. So the data is just somehow being hidden.
I also tried to export the reviews and then reupload them to see if this worked, but could not do this since there were “duplicate reviews”.
