Shipstation Order "tag" custom property

Hello,

I am trying to figure out how to pull the order “Tag” from shipstation and use it as a filter for a flow.

We have many products that are made to order. We assign specific tags to orders in shipstation based on the status. For example, if we are out of stock of a certain color for a product, we assign a tag to that order “item waiting for paint”. But what I would like to do is send a flow email to the customer when that tag is assigned in shipstation and ask if they want to switch to a different color if they don’t want to wait.

How do I sync the shipstation order tag to klaviyo and use it as a filter?

Hi @Billetworkz! Are you referring to custom tags, or the standard order status tags? There’s currently no way to use any tags other than order status with the native integration:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Klaviyo uses those order tags as metrics. The thread you linked is describing how to add the metrics as custom properties to use in flows other than a metric-triggered flow.
