Hi,
I’ve recently installed Klaviyo Reviews on my site but despite having reviews added to products by verified buyers, the star rating is still 0. I have seen other users having the same issue.

Thanks for being a part of our community! Can you please confirm that the Klaviyo Reviews widget is installed on that page?
If not, to fix this, can you please try removing the Klaviyo APP from Shopify entirely and then attempt to re-install following our guide: How to install Klaviyo reviews on Shopify 2.0 themes. If that doesn't work please try installing Klaviyo Reviews manually via the following steps: How to install Klaviyo Reviews on Shopify (vintage themes and headless).
