Hey everyone,

I'm having some trouble with the Wix integration between Klaviyo and my Wix store. For some reason, it's not syncing properly, and I’m unable to set up any automated flows. I’ve followed the steps provided by both platforms, but the data doesn’t seem to be transferring as expected. Has anyone else experienced this issue?

If you’ve been able to successfully integrate Klaviyo with Wix and set up your flows, I’d really appreciate any tips or insights on how you got it to work. Thanks in advance!

I’m not a super familiar with Wix as the platform, but I’ve done the implementation once by following the instructions in this documentation:

Klaviyo Flows depends on the metrics (data) that the integration provide. In Klaviyo, you should be able to go to your Settings → Integrations → Wix and it should show data going into Wix.  This is an example (though for Shopify) that you should see:

If you don’t have any data, try the “Restart Import” and see if that works. 

Another way to check is you can also go to your ​​​Analytics → Metrics and filter by Wix Integration and click on any of the metrics you see - they should be reporting data coming in.

Just note, sometimes this may take some time depending on how much data there are.

Once you have verified that the data is coming in - you can then verify each of your Flows to see if they are properly setup to be triggered on those Metrics. 

I’ve seen situation where Klaviyo create a Flow out of the box for you before you have setup the integration with Wix so they aren’t connected (Triggered) by the correct metric - so if your Flows aren’t working as expected, that could be an issue.
