Hi there! I am trying to get a report completed of every individual account and the last time they opened an email. I know you can click on each individual account to see this information, but with 140,000+ accounts that is nearly impossible!! Please let me know if anyone has any suggestions or knows how to go about this.

Hi Emrosonke

To get a report of all accounts and the last time they opened an email, you can export the data instead of checking each account manually. Most email platforms let you export a list of contacts with activity details like the last open date. Look for an export or reporting option in your email platform, and filter by "last opened." If you are unsure where to find it, let me know the platform you're using, and I can guide you!

Hello @emrosonke and welcome to the Klaviyo Community!

I think the easiest way is it to create a segment of all active profiles (subscribed, as shown below).

Once the segment is created, click the Manage Segment > Export Segment to CSV option.

Select the profile properties you want to include in the export. To get the "last open" data, include:

  • Email Address

  • Last Open

You should then see the last opened date for each profile.

I hope that answered your question! If you need further assistance or have additional questions, please reach out.

Thank you for being part of our community!

To generate a report of the last email opened by a customer in Klaviyo:

  1. Create a Segment:

    • Go to Lists & Segments and create a new segment.
    • Use a filter like What someone has done > Opened Email > at least once > in the last X days.
  2. Export Data:

    • Include fields like Email Address, Last Opened Date, etc.
    • Export the segment data to CSV.
  3. Advanced Option:

    • Use Profile Properties and custom analytics for detailed reporting if needed.

This helps track the most recent email interactions per customer.
