Hello everyone. I noticed that the latest purchases that occur on my shopify store are not synchronized with klaviyo. in short, klaviyo has stopped creating user profiles from purchases. can someone help me?

 


@matteo7581 When you first set up your integration, was everything syncing correctly? Have you changed any settings since implementing the integration?


I didn't change anything, the system just stopped syncing. Anyway I solved it by resynchronizing everything. Thanks for the reply


Perfect, that would have been my advice as well. Sometimes it just needs a quick refresh! :)
