I have a segment set up to add profiles for everyone who has visited my site and not purchased. It worked perfectly until mid November. No profiles have been added since then. The integration seems to be working between Klaviyo and Shopify. Any insight on what I can do to get that segment up and running again?

Check if the segment’s conditions or filters were accidentally modified, preventing new profiles from being added. Verify that the Klaviyo integration with Shopify is syncing all active site events, particularly "Viewed Product" or "Active on Site."
