When I choose specific products for email marketing it’s saying something like my products are not listed.

When all my products are listed. Therefore, I’m only able to add one product.

It has taken me all day to compile one email template! And I’m still not complete and have 2 more to do. When I change mobile view options it changes desktop also. I thought Klaviyo was going to bring me Joy! I love how you can do beautiful email templates but there are limitations. And it’s taking me forever to change image sizes in canva so they look great on the email template. Although, I’ve searched for image sizes I couldn’t find actual size as in wdth x length only max and min, but then they change in mobile view.

You can’t put the buttons where you want, when positioned over a background image. Although you have the padding, it wouldn’t move the button over to the right.

One of the templates had a coloured background and I couldn’t change it to clear background.

Hi @KMARTS,

I’m sorry to hear about your frustrating experience in the template editor! Happy to help any way I can. When you mention you choose specific products for email marketing, what do you mean? Are you adding products to an email in a product block? If so, is it a static or a dynamic product block? Next time you see the “Product not listed” message, would you mind going to your product catalog in Klaviyo https://www.klaviyo.com/catalog/items and searching up that product? If it’s status shows as Not Published, that means that it has an inventory set to zero in your store, and won’t show up in product blocks.

To address your concerns regarding the desktop and mobile template issues, the two views in the screenshot below are meant to display how the template will look on desktop and mobile:

They’re not entirely different versions that are edited separately. In short, if you make a change in the desktop view, it’ll change the mobile view as well. There is a way to avoid this, and that would be to make desktop-only blocks and mobile-only blocks. If a block is desktop/mobile only, it will only show in it’s corresponding device type. You can make a block desktop only/mobile only by going to the display settings for that block, and choosing whether you want it to be desktop or mobile:

If you want to go this route without building an entire block a second time, I’d recommend making the desktop version, cloning it, and then making some adjustments to that clone, and setting the clone to mobile only.

For the padding issue of the button, you should be able to move a button to the right if you add a large amount of left padding, but no/little right padding. Is that not what’s happening? If so, could you send over a screenshot of this?

Finally, we can support white backgrounds with the hex code #FFFFFF, or no background color at all, if you go to the styles tab of a block, and press the minus next to “block background color to remove it.”

Let me know if you have any more questions about the above. Happy to help, if so!
