How to change which list a subscribe page feeds to

Hi Taylor, Thanks for your reply. The issue is that I have customers who’ve bought from me via Shopify but not subscribed, and they’ve been automatically added to my main list in Klaviyo. So I don’t want to use that list to email people. What’s best practice for managing lists when this happens? I’m very confused by your first option and don’t want to create extra steps for new subscribers - the subscribe page is only ever for in person events. Can you please explain best practice for only sending campaigns to subscribed profiles, when all customers are automatically added to the main list regardless of whether they subscribed when they made a purchase?Thanks, Jules

How to add a tag for a product that a customer bought

Hi Andy, Yes, one of the emails is a request for a Google review, and I’d like to remind customers of the name of the product or products they just bought so they can mention them in their Google review. The products are handmade jewellery pieces with creative names so they might not remember what they were called.Thanks!Jules
