Exchange ID for Profile ID

Hi,is this supported in new API already?I have users exchange_id from cookie and I’d like to get profile_id from klaviyo ~ server-side. Is it possible?

New segment from "Placed order event" with case "where [items] contains"....

You could loop through the Items array in an email and pull out properties such as productID and SKU (and do catalog lookups too with those properties, to, say, include thumbnails). Thank you Saul.The more I work with Klaviyo the more i love it :)

What is the new way for 'viewed product' on a custom integration?

Hi, today I started implementing klaviyo to custom ecommerce. I managed to track viewProduct events via GTM only. In GTM I created a new custom HTML tag that hooks to an already existing GA4 trigger (view_item).    Hi! It’s because Items is an array of JSON objects, vs. an array if strings, like Categories and Item Names. You can see in the example event body in the integration guide — https://developers.klaviyo.com/en/docs/guide_to_integrating_a_platform_without_a_pre_built_klaviyo_integration#placed-order — that you can have top-level string arrays of any order values you want, and you can then segment on those top-level properties.  Hi!I noticed the difference between “array of objects” vs “array of strings”. I included “Items” as array of objects in my API call because it is documented in example in the link you’ve sent me. I thought I could use that data somehow. I’m a bit confused what is its use then? How often do segmentation options/conditions update from recorded events?thank you!

EDIT: I have found some other options/conditions are not up to date. I was importing and deleting profiles with history events a lot. It looks like segmentation options/conditions are still cached and showing old data. How long does it take for conditions to update from imported events?

API to subscribe new users to email isn't working with double opt-in

Hi, same problem here. When list is single-opt-in then “profile-subscription-bulk-create-job” endpoint adds profile to list with consent status = subscribed.If I change lists opt-in process to "double-opt-in" and subscribe new email it does not receive “Email Confirmation” nor is added to list. Only profile with status "never subscribed" is created.Maybe the problem is the account is "test account?"  EDIT:  It works - BUT I found confirmation email in SPAM foldergmail says: Why is this message in spam? Lots of messages from ksdn.klaviyomail.com were identified as spam in the past.How can I avoid that? EDIT2: I already found how to setup dedicated domain: https://help.klaviyo.com/hc/en-us/articles/115000357752?source=search Thank you everything works just fine :) cheers
